"Ordered a Minolta Dimage X50 camera ($330.80 total). Received the e-mail to call about the order and got the sales pitch for extras. Package came on time from UPS, but looked somewhat crushed. I had the UPS man open the package to check for damage. The package contained only the miniture tripod that they send along with each camera. The UPS man said to reject the pachage and he took it back to return it. Since then I have had repeated calls to customer service and each time they told me that the credit has been processed or that the check is in the mail. However, no credit ever appears on my card account. I have disputed the charge to American Express, as I have given up on this crooked company.
