The Deal Rack NEVER responded. I’m stuck with cheap pants I can’t use. Never ever again will I bother to use this company! Buyers really really beware!"
"Recently, I have used a lot of rip off sites until I got wise and started googling "reviews" before buying. I was skeptical of Deal Rack but when I saw products were union made I thought I'd give them a try. What a surprise! I've been so used to inferior quality, sizes that are way too small and photos that do not at all match the actual product. Deal Rack's articles are of the highest quality, sizes may even run a bit big and the prices are way better than anything I can get from "bargain" outlets. Their delivery was also quite fast, way before Christmas. I am so impressed, will tell everyone about them and will certainly be using the site again.

"I purchased 2 oxford, button down collar shirts from Deal.....They were so uncomfortable I couldn't wear them, stiff, scratchy. So I washed them, hoping they'd soften up to wear. The collar was so small I couldn't even button it, and so stiff and scratchy it felt like a plastic cone collar dogs wear! So I tried to return it.....but...:) NO RETURN info! I called the number on the order form, and couldn't even talk to anyone, just by email.
They will not even take them back! And of course NO refund or return! Don't EVER buy from this company, they won't stand behind their merchandise nor can you talk to anyone about it! No pride in their items, and not the American way to do business! If you can't stand behind your products, then you shouldn't be in business!I would give them a big fat 0!!!"
