"Ordered a dog collar receiver on 3/10. Received no confirmation other than a PayPal receipt (thankfully), which is how I have an order number.

After a week of nothing, I emailed and called. The message on their phone voice mail simply said "leave a message." No company name. Not a good sign. I received no answer from either attempt to contact them.

I filed a dispute with PayPal after two weeks of nothing. Four days later, after receiving no reply, I elevated the dispute to a claim. It took PayPal less than a day to investigate and refund my money.

I have no idea if this is a legitimate seller. From my experience, it would appear they are not. By the way, my PayPal payment went to a group called LK & Associates. I have no idea who they are or how they are related to Cyber Dog USA.

I'd say my days of doing with business with Cyber Dog USA or LK & Associates are over.

Let me add that PayPal was wonderful throughout the entire process. Big thumbs up to them."
