"I read all of the reviews on ResellerRatings before making my purchase (just got a rectangular window and the weather stripping and install tool, I'm a do-it-yourselfer kind of guy). The only problem I had was actually my fault; I ordered half of the weatherstripping I'd actually need for the window I ordered. Cutting Edge caught this and held my order to make sure I didn't need more. I emailed them back, let them know I made a mistake and asked them to double my order for the weatherstripping, and they did it right away.
I have to say that the reviews here were nothing short of the truth. This company has proven themselves to me, and when I decide to buy another case instead of cutting one up myself, I know where I need to go!
I just wish they'd sell things like CPU's and motherboards. I wouldn't mind giving them my business, even compared to NewEgg. "

The order shipped quickly -- same day! The shipping rates were pretty standard for UPS.
Everything arrived exactly as described, in a very well padded box. UPS managed to squash a side of the box, but the FOUR layers of bubble wrap perfectly preserved the contents. Thank you, Cutting Edge!

I got an email yesterday (Thursday) saying my order was shipped along with a UPS tracking number. I was expecting it to arrive on Monday. To my surprise, I received my order today. Shipping was extremely fast.
