"I ordered a Chimney liner on 1/28/09. Have not recieved. They will not return my calls or any emails to the owner or customer service. My confirmation number worked on their web site for 12 days,now the site says now invoice found. They say in messages they WILL call back. No return calls. No email responses. No Chimney Liner but, they charged my credit card & took my money. Do Not buy from them unless you want to get ripped off."
