They make the dress they want that is easier and cheaper and do not make the dress you want. It is absolutely the worst customer service. Also, they use a translator app since all the representatives speak Chinese so there is a lot of miscommunication due to the translation. "

When I contacted them, they gave me the runaround…did you try the dress on without a bra…did you push the dress down when you measured it! After several worthless emails, they stopped communicating. Luckily, I ordered through PayPal. PayPal negotiated a return. The cost of shipping a DRESS to CHINA is $220-120! The dress came from California when shipped to me, but u have to ship to CHINA to return it to them. PayPal recovered some of my money, but not all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!"

"This website was extreamly hard to use. I had a small time crunch for a specific dress. Never got a confirmation email about the order or a tracking number. The dress came on time with a shipping label staying the value of the dress was only $89 when the site charged me over $200 for it but the dress they sent me was in the WRONG COLOR and the customer service refused to rush order the correct dress to get to in time AND refused to give me a full refund on the wrong dress staying they made it specifically tailored to me size which was a lie because you pick a BASIC size online. Claimed I would have to pay for shipping to return the WRONG DRESS and they would charge me a 50% restocking fee. Completely terrible. DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS SITE. can also tell most of these other reviews are FAKE to boost their scores. "
