Let me first start out saying My wife and I are total internet shoppers we find the best deals and stick with those websites and we always look for reviews prior to ordering from a new website. Well unfortunately the boardshop or bswake.com didn't have any since they are a small shop not a big super website. We were a bit apprehensive on ordering a $150 snowboard boot from a website that we didn't know but they had a great deal and needed them quit quickly. Never the less we decided to pull the trigger and buy them since they were a good deal. We got an email after the order was placed which was on a Sunday and awaited to get a shipping email but we didn't get one. The next day(mon)some one from the site called and left a message saying the item was out of stock. My first thoughts were okay here we go one of those websites..but boy I was wrong the item was out of stock and there website had glitched on them which is understandable,but we noticed they had a different pair that we were eying and I called and spoke to a gal named Steph.If I may add she was a delight to work with. She at first couldn't find the size we wanted but as she put me on hold I could her her looking for her self to make sure they weren't out of stock and she dug and dug well enough to find us the boot we needed! I personally took that as going the extra mile to make sure she could accommodate our order. Long story short we got the boots two day shipping which the owner helped us with and got the boots in time for our trip !! bswake.com you did the job and did it well!! "
