"I needed 2 bearings for the fan in my air purifier. Checked Home Depot, Lowe's, and every hardware store in my area but no one had them. I chose USPS priority mail for just $3.41. My order was shipped on Monday and I received it on Thursday. The bearings were just as described and seem to be great quality. "When my order hadn't arrived after 2 weeks, I contacted Kevin and he said it was shipped out 2 days after I placed the order and must have gotten lost in the mail. He said that he would send out a duplicate order by priority mail at no extra cost and I should receive it in 1 or 2 days. I did! He told me if the original order showed up, to contact him for instructions to return them. Yes, my order was late but it seems like it wasn't their fault and they did come through! That's what counts!"
"Lets put it this way, it took the Memphis Better Business Bureau and 30 days to receive a refund for a part they never delivered. Never answered 12 phone calls over 12 days nor multiple emails.
Found the same part they charged $38 before shipping locally 5 miles away for $18
I finally rece3ived an email from them-- We got the part back last week and you have been refunded. You are no longer a victim so please stop accusing us of bad things.

"This company also has a "store" on e-bay. I bought directly from Big Bearings Store. I ordered 4 pillow-block bearings to accept a 7/8-inch shaft, but what I received were for a 1-inch shaft.
I called customer service, and they immediately sent out the right bearings at no additional cost to me, and told me to keep the wrong ones because their value wasn't much more than shipping costs.
You can't ask for better service than that! Time will tell if the bearings hold up as well as the old ones (their replacement would have been $47 apiece when special ordered by a local dealer, versus < $8 at the Big Bearing Store. "
