Gia refused supervisor

"10 days ago I ordered baby formula for a premature infant this company took my money instantly but then said they were waiting to confirm billing address . Beware this coMpany refuses to allow you to talk to a supervisor and is not timely stated today that it could take another 10-20 days to get the item out ! Very very poor customer service in light that Gia states she is the only one who works there "

Never again

"Never had a problem with Betty Mills they always sent the product the way I ordered but as long as they do business with JP Express I will never order from these guys again JP Express has the worst people and communication skills and to be honest the lady I spoke with today or from Betty Mills to care less about the situation that JP Morgan as long as they got they $900 so I'm done with these guys and I'm going to let my industry and other employees if you have to spend out of your own pocket for your client do not go through Betty Mills or anyone that works with JP Express"

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

"Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 items (case quantity) in May 2020. Just received 3 months later. I was never notified these items were back-ordered and made the mistake of assuming the order was cancelled. When I tried to return they would not authorize a return. Very shady business practices and rotten to the core customer service. Let the buyer beware, you will get scammed by this company in a heartbeat!"

I placed an order weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped

"Order hasn't shipped. I have been charged and getting a person on the phone has been impossible. Very poor experience. I will be contacting my bank to reverse charges. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE."

If I could give a negative score, I would

"I basically ordered from them because I needed N95 masks (I am older and have health issues and need to go to a medical setting ... was told to have an N95 mask). They showed that they had it in stock. I Decided to add some disposable gloves and an pulse-oximeter as well. ALL SAID THEY WERE IN STOCK AND WOULD GO OUT THE NEXT DAY. Just before I got the order, I get an e-mail claiming that the masks were unavailable. I get a huge box (about 2'x2'x2') with a packet of gloves. They could have been mailed in a small manilla envelope. The pulse-oximeter wasn't in there, but a piece of paper that said it would arrive in 2 days. 5 days later, I am still waiting. The gloves, BTW, we awful. Use another provider."

Love this company

"I've been using this company now for several years and never had one problem with them. I've found their customer service to be excellent, and my ordered items have always arrived in a timely fashion. Betty Mills is my go-to company for cleaning supplies and their prices are always competitive. They have always courteously responded to any questions I had. Thus far, I've only had two questions, which were answered to my satisfaction within 24 hours. I'm always recommending this company to anyone I know in need of supplies. "

Poorest customer service ever,

"Poorest customer service ever, bought Incontinence for my mom, been buying them since 2017, the manufacture change their product, and it wasn’t the same quality. Called Betty Mills and the customer service representative and her supervisor gave me a hard time about returning them. I had to pay for the shipping back and no I’m sorry or thank you for your business. I highly recommend parents giving. Great company great customer service. I hope Betty Mills owners and supervisors look into this matter. This is very disturbing to the consumer. Sorry that you have such poor customer service reps that they make customers look for a different company. You have not only lost a great customer, but also word-of-mouth goes along way. Sign disappointed customer I should say X customer"

Not get refund for over two weeks

"My order was cancelled by the betty mills medical supplies on Jan. 30, 2020. I asked about when I can get my refund about a week later. I was told that their accounting was busy and I need to wait for one more week. Then, a week later I called again since no refund. I was told I have to wait for another week. I feel they are using my money doing something else not as the rep said their accounting dept too busy to issue my refund. DO NOT do business with this company AT ALL!!!"

Ridiculous

"I ordered a case of supplies only to be told 3 days later the item was out of stock.

I am still waiting for a refund. Shady business practices accepting payment for an out of stock item and then holding the refund.

There are certainly better and more reputable medical supply companies.
