"The BEST PART INC. claim to know what customer service is about on their website but fail to apply their knowledge in practice.
Articles listed on the website are not being found in the warehouse once you ordered them.
E-Mail message are only answered sporadically and in an impolite minimalist manner.
Alternatives to products which appear out to stock are not offered.
There is a huge gap between the service advertised on the website and reality.

"First of all, the part I was looking for has been discontinued. The merchant (The Best Part Inc) had it in stock - and in quantity. Apparently they realize that people may still want an item that the maker "upgrades" after only a year or so, and keep some on hand. That's what I've been looking for in a computer parts reseller!

Second, the price was great, and shipping fast and safely packaged. Another A+.

Finally, when I called The Best Part Inc to verify that the part was new and not a reconditioned unit, I actually got a human being on the line (and right away)! This visit I didn't really have a chance to test their knowledgeability, but I wouldn't be surprised if they turn out to be very helpful in future. I am very, very impressed. Where else can you talk to a person these days? Did I mention I'm impressed?

They've moved to the very top of my bookmarks list. I will definitely be using The Best Part Inc again!"
