"TROVIAN CREDIT REPAIR did a fantastic job in helping me get a home of my choice. I had bankruptcy two years ago. Everyone I spoke to said there was nothing they could do. So I contacted Trovian and listed all the negatives impacts affecting my credit report and how he could help me out. His responses were encouraging and he went ahead with the process, he removed the bankruptcy of 2yrs from my credit and every other thing that has been depriving me from getting a home and my score was high I got qualified for a FHA loan. "I had the same problem as everyone else. I couldn't get in contact with the company and I never received my product. I finally contacted American Express, and started a dispute which ended in my favor. Never, never, NEVER order from this company."

"I had the same problem as everyone else. I waited over a month and my item still hadn't shipped. I contacted them via email and phone and they never got back to me. Therefore, I requested a charge reversal from Visa. It looks like the charge reversal is going through, so I should be fine. Otherwise, I think it would be impossible to get someone at RJD to issue a refund.
If anyone is looking for alternatives, I've had pretty good luck/service with CSN stores, so I'll probably just stick with them.

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They hide behind many names, The Dining Room Space, The Bathroom Space, The Bedroom Space, RJD Stores. I wish I would have found this review blog before I ordered from them. It's been a month since I ordered (they immediately took their money). The order status page is a joke, tells you nothing at all. The phone number for customer service is an answering service who knows nothing but will "relay" your message to the store. I have emailed 4 times, called 3 times. I am reporting them and hopefully will get my money back, as I'm pretty sure I'm not getting my bar stools. At this point, I don't even want them anymore. It's a shame, really, that these pitifull companies make people leery of buying on line when there really are reputable companies out there that are vying for your business. This place just sucks."

"Do NOT, I repeat do NOT buy from this store!!!!!! They are a fraud!!!!! At first BEFORE we made the order they were quick, helpful and answered our questions in a timely manner. Then, when we made the order, they took our money for an order right away. When we called to ask questions about our order, they kept saying they would return our messages and never do. We went directly through the furniture makers and found out the item was back-ordered. When the item finally arrived, the furniture company contacted us to say it arrived, yet The Bedroom Space had just cancelled our order the day before -- what the heck???? They STILL have our money!!!! Every time we call to ask, they have a "message center" that answers the phone and takes a message and says the store will return our calls, which never happens. We are getting a lawyer and may even call the authorities in FL because of this fraud. We also will contact the BBB --everyone needs to do that who has had a hard time with this company. They need to be shut down! We buy online all the time and this is the ONLY company we have ever had trouble with.

Update: We DID get our money back on our credit card after cancelling our order. It took more than a week and we never got a returned phone call, etc. It may have been reversed because we got our credit card company involved (?) or because I did several of these things (listed below). If you are having trouble with this company, this is what I would do (what I did or started to do): 1. get your credit card company involved. 2. cancel your order online and with their "answering service" 3. write a review online (here and elsewhere) 4. Write the BBB and file a complaint 4. Contact the furniture maker and ask them why they work with the bedroomspace.com and ask them to get their lawyers involved. Request that they stop working with such an immoral business (it makes their company look bad). 5. contact a lawyer if you are able 6. contact the media -- The local news of where this store is located in FL has a segment called, "Help Me Howard" -- I was going to contact them and have them help me get my money back if it was not returned to me. I know a lot of people locally in my city who are in the media ... and I KNOW getting the media involved gets things done and solves problems. It ANGERS me that a company would be so immoral and unprofessional, and that I would have to go through all of this work to get my money back -- but I was not going to let them keep my hard-earned money and not deliver the product I ordered to me. I wish there was a way to shut this company down. Don't give up and don't stop fighting this company over the issue you have with them -- I am sure that is what they want you to do. It is sad that there are GOOD online companies that are moral and honest, but now I don't trust anyone anymore. I guess I'll just GO to a store and buy or only buy off amazon.com etc. We are going to get the same piece of furniture from another vender, even if we have to pay more.

ANOTHER UPDATE:

We found out from our credit card company that THEY (the credit card company) credited our account. This issue is still not resolved with thebedroomspace.com store -- I am furious. Technically, they still have our money! They are a fraud and a scam. This is not a legit company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM -- THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! They do not answer their phone or return phone calls.

"DO NOT BUY FROM RJD STORES!!!!(Dave Fingerer, Raffe Lahav, Heather Fingerer) I ordered a nightstand, so far almost 3 weeks went buy and the order still says processing! I tried calling and only get an "answering service" who claims to know nothing and just takes messages! Not one email or phone call from anyone since I left messages (1st to check the status, then to cancel). They already have my money, I have no product, and they will not return any calls! They have a rating of an "F" from the BBB. I filed a complaint with BBB, and also Federal Trade Commission. My Credit card company is filing a dispute, and my attorney is telling me to give them to the end of the week to respond, then he will be invovled. "

"I highly recommend you find another company to purchase your bedroom furniture. They have extremely low prices. But, there is a reason why they are so inexpensive.

#1. This company does not answer their phones. They have an answering service that filters out calls. They will ask you for your information and pass that along to customer service or sales at your request. Then customer service or sales will contact you in return, if they want. It was amazing to me that when they had a question about my order, I immediately received a call back from the sales department. However, when I had a question regarding the shipping status of my order I could not get through to any employee.

#2. This company is extremely slow in shipping your order. It has been nearly a month now and I do not have my items and I cannot contact them to determine the shipping status. I can only assume they have not been shipped.

#3. They accept your payment immediately. They do not wait to collect payment once the merchandise ships. So, you pay up front only to wait until they ship at their discretion without any information. How do you get your money back? How do you cancel your order? Good questions. Good luck in getting them to answer the questions.

All-in-all, I would never consider ordering anything from this company again. Spend the extra money and guarantee you will receive your merchandise. There is not guarantee with this company.

"They DON'T ANSWER THE PHONES OR RESPOND TO EMAILS OR INSTANT CHAT!! I call and email everyday.... No customer service people ever there despite the listed business hours until 9pm...I get a answering service when I call IF they answer the phone ALL hours of the day. Luckily I used Pay pal for my purchase so I should be getting my money back. The most unprofessional online experience of my life!!! If my problem with them is not resolved soon, they will be reported to the BBB. I retrieved a different email address from the BBB, so I am awaiting once again for a response. They also have yet to respond to the Pay pal claim that was opened early yesterday. I highly suggest those of you who did not have a satisfactory experience with them to go ahead and do the same thing. If you decided to shop there, don't expect your item in a timely manner & USE PAY PAL to protect your funds!!!"

"WARNING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Business with RJD Stores was the WORST experience I have EVER had with a company. The "customer service" does not answer their phones, is rude and disrespectful, and is incapable of resolving any wrong-doing on their part.

We ordered a bedroom set at the beginning of August and did not receive it until the end of September. When it FINALLY arrived, one item was not what we ordered and two were damaged. Since it was a bedroom set, we refused delivery and sent it back on the truck (an option outlined in the company's policy). I was told by the company my refund would be processed within 5 days of the delivery. After calling them nearly every day for nearly 3 months, they still did not process my refund. Most of the time no one would pick up the phone or respond to my emails, and when they did they were entirely not helpful. I ended up going through my credit card company to get my money back but still had to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars of shipping and restocking fees. It turns out they never actually "shipped" or "restocked" anything because we got a notice from the shipping company alerting us that the company had failed to pick up our rejected items and the shipping company was holding them in storage.

This company takes advantage of people and does not deserve to be able to do business. I am absolutely appalled by their entire organization and ask that you consider buying locally instead of dealing with this horrendous company.

"Bad Experience with The Bedroom Space (RJD Stores)so I would suggest not ordering from them.
My original order was in May 2010. It is now October and it still hasn't been corrected. Ordered bunk bed with drawers and matching dresser. Received order in June and one peice of bunk bed had stain defects, drawers were missing and there were errors with hardware. Filed claim.

Next month I recieved the drawers, fine. Received the replacement peice for the bed, but it was the wrong size and in a totally damaged box. Shippers wouldn't allow me to send the box back with them. Added to my claim again. No hardware included in shipment.

Took along time to get another bed peice (Sept 3rd). It was in damaged packaging and the peice was damaged also. Looked like it was from the suppliers defect pile (not the freight company fault) because the plastic wrap around the bed peice was in really rough shape (ie. looked pre-used with holes), not just the box. No hardware.

I've added emails to my claim and phoned and left messages. No one from RJD / The Bedroom Space seems to wish to help me and it is almost 5 months since my order. They have never asked the freight company to pick the damaged or wrong items so I have boxes all over my living room and no furniture in my son's bedroom.

Pretty sad service.

UPDATE at October 29th: Although most of my problems have been around the lack of receipt of a bed panel without defects, I noticed a few weeks ago that the dresser I had ordered had some finish peeling off (and we arn't even using it while waiting for the bed to be complete). As I was furious I tryed phoning again and actually made it through to a person. She made it sound like she was going to help me and asked for a photo and I went over situation history also. She blamed my troubles on my previous contact which is wrong as my information was going to the claims department, not just an individual. Any how resend photos of defect/damaged, list of hardware items missing etc. I told her I just wanted my money back at this point. This was on October 12th. No word in return even though I sent a note asking for a status update. October 27th fedex shows up with a box. But of couse, he wasn't picking up any of the previous defective items, as none of delivery guys have. Anyhow, this bed panel had bad defects also and I forwarded along pictures. They sent me a stain "blend pencil" which I assume was intented to fix the peeling dresser. Wow, can't believe that, there is no way it will prevent the peel from continuing. No response from The Bedroom Space / RJD stores after I sent my last picture nd details. I seriously want my money back, this is totally not fair business. No consumer should have to work this hard.
Nov 29th: Past 6 months since I ordered. No bed panel received in good condition. The Manufacturer told RJD that the issue with the dresser was too long after the purchase. Couldn't believe that since it is just sitting not being used while I wait for my complete bed set. I asked for my money back several times and RJD showed absolutely no sympathy for my sitution, just ignoring it. They won't even respond to Better Business Bureau communication. BBB gave me other options to persue. I know RJD is just hoping I go away at this point and get tired of dealing with them. Very unethical company.
Update March 2, 1011: I can't believe I'm writing this so long after my order. I tried to using Florida Division of Consumer Services and RJD/The Bedroom Space refused to cooperate with them also. My file at least will be closed "unsatisfactorily".

"Went to furniture store and found a bedroom set i loved from Rossetto. Went online and found The Bedroom Space with the best prices. 
Was a bit nervous to make such a large purchase online but "the price was right". I recieved an immeidate sales receipt and two weeks later received a phone call from a woman at Sun Delivery with a 2 day window for delivery. The evening before I was given a four hour window and based on my request, received a 30 minute precall prior to delivery. My set was assembled and boxes removed. I love my set and would recommend doing business with The Bedroom Space.

"My experience with the RJD stores has not been a good one.Shipping is really bad, it takes them 2 months to deliver. I have placed couple of orders with them before, first one i ordered a Pulaski bed set in which i got a night stand in which the drawer was cracked, i did send them emails with pictures, Becky did reply back but never helped me out with it again stating that the manufacturer does not replace that and i emailed back couple of times but never got a reply. Their customer service is really bad.

The second order i placed with them a couple of months ago i ordered a queen bed of home elegance with a night stand. Initially i wanted to cancel my order as it was taking them too long to ship. I got it canceled over the phone, the next day i get a call that it cannot be canceled as it is already shipped, i ask them that when i gave u guys a call, u guys put me on hold to make sure that the order has not been shipped and you told me that it has not be shipped and it will be canceled, than the lady says that it was an error and it was already shipped. They give me a tracking number of the shipping company and i track it online and i see that the order was not shipped at all the time i call to cancel, they were lying with me. Then i called again and told them that the order was never shipped the time i called to cancel they tell me that this is how it works and it will not show up on the tracking information and they started to become nasty with me. I had no choice i asked them now what and they were like once you get the order you will pay the restocking fee and the shipping fee and than we will return it. I was like this is a company that only operates for it benefits and does not care what the customer likes or not once they get the money!! So i get the order shipped(curb side delivery) The moment we opened the delivery the bed's head board was broken, at that moment i already had a bad experience with them and i thought now they would tell me that in order for me to send it back i would have to pay the shipping of the bed, repack it and send them back and it would take couple of more months for them to handle the situation. So to avoid all that i had the bed set up in my child's room with a broken headboard, the quality of the wood is very very poor, we tried to fix it but its broken again. If i had the chance of putting pictures up in a review i would have done that as well. So now i have a bed with broken head board and a night stand with a cracked drawer!!
I would NEVER purchase anything from their website and i would not recommend anybody else to do it. I would rather pay more money and buy from some other website at least for good quality and especially good CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
If i would have read reviews about them which most of them are soo negative i would never have initiated my order with them!!
