"Slow delivery times++++. Poor website interface. Vastly overpriced. Unfortunately had to do another order from there as we received more vouchers. It's mid february now and the not received the first order which was sent 5th of January. Admittedly they say 21 working days, that was up on the 3rd of Feb and NOT heard anything from them. Very disappointed, just as well we didn't order clothes as the baby will have outgrown them by the time they arrive."

" I ordered a product 3 weeks before Christmas. It has still not arrived. I have emailed the store to complain twice and have still not received any feedback. I have also not been able to track the order on the tracker. The money has been taken out of my account and it seems the order will not arrive and the baby store has no interest in communicating with me in order to resolve this problem!!!!! I have no interest in ever purchasing from this store again!"
