"I researched places to buy an Infinity C350 center channel speaker and found "The Audio Video Source" to be the cheapest and the most reasonable shipping cost. I tried to order the speaker on-line and saw it had become unavailable. I called and talked to Tim who said they still had them but for some resaon Infinity didn't want them to advertise them. He told me I could still order it. I was a bit reluctant because of the few reviews of the company but went ahead and ordered ti. That was on a Thursday and I got the speaker Tuesday afternoon. I was looking for an Infinity Beta C360 center channel speaker from an authorized dealer & was searching google & ran across The Audio Video Source, their pricing was great.. so, I checked Infinity's web site to make sure they were, in fact, an authorized dealer, sure enough, they are.
I was going to place the order online but I had a couple of questions so I just called them. I placed the call & after about four rings & polite, professional sounding gentleman answered the phone & quickly answered all of my questions. I thanked him for his time & told him I would be calling back a little later to place my order. I called them back about an hour later to place my order but the gentleman that takes the orders was on his lunch break, they took my name & info & said the gentleman that takes the orders would call me back in about ten minutes, after about an hour waiting I finally called them back, I had given them the wrong number.. not their fault! lol
Anyway, I placed my order (01-20-2008) & was told the exact amount I was going to have charged to my CC & was thanked for placing my order & that was that.
I got home later that evening & checked my e-mail to find a UPS tracking number (shipped the same day & well after noon.. Nice!) & expected delivery date of 01-23-2008. Sure enough. as expected at about 1:30PM the UPS guy shows with my new speaker, boy is this center BIG! I did a quick check of the box (looking for damage) & opened the box, the speaker is brand new & was in the original manufactures box. The speaker is in perfect condition & looks very impressive & sounds absolutely amazing!
Now I just have to build a suspended shelf above the TV to put this monster on! lol
If you are looking for a professional authorized Infinity dealer with great prices & fast shipping.. look no further!
I plan to order from them again & have absolutely no problem recommending them. Great company!
