"I have been shopping around for a GTDaudio UHF wireless microphone for a few days. Been on many websites and read several reviews. Then I happened to visit theavspot.com. Not only did they have what I was looking for but also the best price that I had seen. This was Monday afternoon and I needed the mics for our Church Easter play this weekend. I spoke to Carla at Customer Service and she assured me that as long as I got the order placed by Tuesday morning, I would have the mics by Thursday. She also said she would be looking for the order and as soon as it was placed, would give it the attention it needed. So I placed the order late Monday afternoon. Still worried that if it didn't get here in time, the production would definitely have some technical difficulties. A short time later I received an email receipt with a UPS tracking number. I thought there is no way that if I checked this tracking number, there would be any shipping information. But I was wrong. The UPS website showed that the package had been dropped off at a UPS facility and was scheduled to be delivered by the end of day on Wednesday. Sure enough the UPS guy delivered the package right on time. I am extremely impressed by the "Above and Beyond" attitude that Carla exuberated. I cannot thank you enough.
