"I ordered a replacement for a broken mixer bowl. The bowl I received was cracked! Another broken bowl does me no good!!"
"I ordered a replacement part for a Mr. Coffee based upon the information provided by The Parts Biz website. I received the part only to find it was too large for my machine. I am now told that they do not have part for the model of the Mr. Coffee machine that I have and I can return the incorrect part for a refund after I pay return shipping. Since when is the customer responsible for the mistakes of the supplier? The return shipping is greater than to original cost of the part. So I am out the $5.00 for the wrong part, $5.00 for the original shipping and another $5.00 if I ship it back."
"We ordered a replacement lid for our slow cooker. The wrong lid was sent (it happens). I contacted them and got a response within 24 hours. They asked for a little more information and then sent the correct lid. And they told us not to bother sending the wrong lid back as it wasn't worth the shipping cost. Easy peasy. I could not believe the quick responses and the care that they took to make sure we were happy with their service. I HIGHLY recommend them."

"This company is a joke. AC filter didn't have the same dimensions as the original brand - which they claimed were the same. It didn't fit my AC unit. I had to pay for return and send a written explanation why I was returning. Only then, they refunded the part price and of course didn't include the taxes and shipping I paid for. "

"They are not honest about the description of the product they are selling. The vacuum belts that I ordered matched the description of my vacuum but the belts that I received was not wat I ordered. I did receive a refund but the did not own up their mistake. I would give them 0 stars"
"I needed a number of deck parts for my lawnmower, and found what appeared to be good prices at this site. I was able to do an online order and tried to pay with my Amex. Apparently this site has some type of issue there, it was declined. I did get an "under review" email message and also one from Amex, where I verified making the payment. I then paid with PayPal using my verified address. It went through OK. Then out of the blue on 5/13 I get an email that my order was canceled (no explanation) and also a refund notice from PayPal.
I then had to re-shop for the items I had purchased- or thought I had purchased. Meanwhile, my mower remains broken and I wasted a few days for nothing. At least I got my money back.
The site needs better communication. If there had been an explanation as to the cancellation, that would have been better. As it stands I won't shop there again."
"Garbage online reseller. Misrepresented the part number and I got stuck with it. I even spoke with the manufacturer of the part and they confirmed I was sent the wrong part despite the referenced number Parts Biz advertised it as. Part failed within a year and they wouldn't even talk about a refund. Even if you pay a bit more somewhere else I'd recommend avoiding this company. I've turned this matter over to the city attorney in the town where this outfit operates. Based on other reviews this isn't the first time they've done business like this.

"I like others received parts that were not what my model called for. I partially installed them and found they were not correct.. There was no documentation in the packaging so I had to manage without directions etc.. Upon disputing my claim I explained the blades were installed and they still offered me a full refund. The only catch was I have to pay to return a portion of the part.. Not the best transaction, maybe someone else would have more luck but after a bit of back and forth I should get my money back and I can move on.. Best of luck in purchasing. "
