"A complete and utter fraudulent operation. They sent me the wrong headphones, not the ones I ordered. The telephone number does not accept calls. My emails were not acknowledged. I'm really sorry I did not read the other reviews before ordering. Buyer beware. "

"Terrible, terrible, terrible business. Placed an order in February with priority next day shipping- never got it. They would go weeks without responding to emails and I still have not received my check. They even went out of their way to send me a package that was supposed to contain my check- it was empty. This is a unreliable business with horrible customer service and questionable authenticity. I hope they go out of business."

"Do not buy from theheadphonesstore.com! I ordered wireless headphones on 3/19. The credit card was immediately billed. I received an email stating headphones were shipped on 3/26. As with other reviews, the USPS had no information other than the seller stating they were shipping something. It's been almost four weeks since my credit card was charged and no headphones nor any real record they were ever sent! Bogus fake store!"

"Placed order for a Motorola Bluetooth H710 with premium shipping (additional $20.00). Never received confirmation of shipment or tracking number. All calls to the company are taken by Voice mail and the mailbox is full. The offices seem to be a P.O. Box. I have no problem with the bogus store front, I understand trying to look good or better than ones station in the pecking order.......but please, do good business and the rest will assuredly come!"

"Ordered a bluetooth ear piece on Feb. 23rd. Two weeks later I still had no confirmation of shipment, and no response until I contacted them a second time. The response read, "Thanks for contacting. its my fault i missed this order. i will get it out tonight or in the morning." That was on the 8th, now on the 13th I received confirmation, not that it was shipped, the Postal Service still has no record of that, but that it was marked for shipping. This just means it has a shipping label on it. So, add four days from Ca. to Michigan and that is 22 days from order date to reception. It this competitive market, why would I ever think of ordering from them again?

Follow up: After item arrived. Wrong charging adapter was sent with the unit. No one could hear what I was saying from the mic. boom unless I held the blue tooth next to my mouth. I contacted the customer support to register my complaint, two days later no response whatsoever. One of the saddest online purchase transactions I can ever remember.

"ordered a headset advertised as new, arrived in ziplock bag, without all the pieces, obviously used and abused. The connector was corroded so badly I could not plug the headset into the charger. I emailed the retailer demanding a full refund for all charges and the return shipping if they would like their headset back. I still have not received a response, this seller is fraudulent and guilty of intentional misrepresentation. I don't know how someone can attempt to sell a used and broken headset and claim it to be new. Save yourself some aggravation and buy your purchase from a reputable retailer who will give you what you ask for.

As of 03-01-10, I still have not heard from the vendor, and there has been no resolution to my issue.

"I ordered a pair of headphones from the online retailer, theheadphonesstore.com. I received an online order number and receipt, and my credit card was promptly charged $125. The website states that at most the delivery timeframe is 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I sent their customer service an e-mail asking about the order. The website states they respond to e-mail inquiries usually within one hour. After 24 hours with no response, I sent them a 2nd e-mail inquiry. There was no response to the second e-mail and after several days I attempted to call the 1-888 customer service phone number on their website. The number was disconnected. About 3 weeks after the purchase, I received an e-mail confirming the item was shipped via UPS, but it provided a Postal Service tracking number. I looked up the tracking number on UPS' website, and it was invalid. I then looked up the tracking number on the US Postal Service website and it states the Post Office was notified of a package to be delivered but has not received the package from the company. I never received the headphones I ordered. I tried to e-mail the company one more time to inquire on the status of the order and received no response. I am now in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card provider. It is entirely plausible that this is a fraudelant website vice a legitimate business. "

"Received headset 15 days from order & found it DID NOT WORK. My polite email got me an email response that seller will send a replacement. After that TOTAL SILENCE! No replacement, no response to 3+ reminder emails and more phone messages! No response on how to get refund! Money wasted! ONE OF THE WORST online ordering experiences!!"
