No Customer Service

"Order placed, but canceled with confirmation via email and to expect a refund in 1-3 business days. 2 weeks passed without a refund so I replied to the cancel confirmation and the response was a song and dance about contacting the warehouse; that was the last communication. Now 30 days past the last email communication, my bank was happy to file the dispute for me. This company appears to be a drop shipper, with no actual product on hand thus the long ship times when an order is placed. "

8 weeks of waiting

"I have been a long term customer of the Clymb and have thus far had good success. My last purchase though didn’t fit so I had to return. They have been in possession of my returned items for 60 days, that’s 8 weeks, or two months and they haven’t processed my return or given me a refund. I’ve been emailing almost weekly and since their first response Just shy of the 30 day mark, they have not responded to my calls or emails. Im upset and will no longer be suggesting their company to others. "

They never paid for our trip to egypt

"We booked a trip and they never paid the tour operator and they kept $6000 of our money. We didn’t find out until two weeks prior to our trip that the tour company was supposed to be paid by Clymb and clymb never paid them. "

Terrible customer service

"I ordered a Shasta down hoody jacket and when it was received there was a fit issue. The sizing was way off. I returned the jacket and was told it could take UP to 30 work days to process the return. It has now been more than 30 work days and the return has still not been processed. I sent in an e-mail 2 days ago and still have not received a response. I tried calling and had to leave a voice mail. There excuse in one e-mail was that they were understaffed. Not my problem. They received my payment in July and as of Sept 22, 2022 have not received my order. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. "

Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Received.

"Not worth the discounts. If your item doesn't work out, be prepared to wait over two months for a refund and be deducted shipping costs for both original and return sending. Customer service was unhelpful and rude. Descriptions of how refunds and returns work on their site are innacurate. Never buying here again. Terrible. "

Counterfeit?

"I ordered a pair of Chacos from TheClymb.com for my son since it is hard to find size 14 Chacos. Item was received ok but there was a fit issue and the straps did not seem to work as advertised. So he took them to the mall and to a store that has a knowledgeable salesman. The salesman indicated he has been selling Chacos since 1996 and that the pair my son bought has the wrong footbed and soles and were likely counterfeit. He said this is why the normally easy to use straps were not working.

Judging by other comments on here I doubt I will get a refund. So we are stopping payment and contacting Chaco directly.

Terrible services and runaround

"If I could give zero starts I would. There customer service is horrible. The products they sell are mediocre at best, terrible materials that don’t last. Plus make returning a troublesome ordeal. Will never purchase from them again. "

Couldn't return an item, some of the products seemed bad quality

"One item was pretty terrible and I wish I could return, fit is way off. They wouldnt let me return and now its just kind of a waste of $$$. Wouldnt shop here again, the discounts aren't that great anyway. Seems that the customer service is shoddy as well."

Order Trouble

"Just made a purchase from The Clymb this weekend and decide a little later to cancel one of the items. I called in first thing monday morning ( 7:30 PST ), when they open and requested my item cancellation. The order was in the picking stage and was still in their hands but they told me no changes could be made to an order. That leaves me with sending the item back for a store credit as they do not give a refund. Do not do business with these guys , this type of scamming process is what separates good retailer from **** ones. They could have easily grabbed my order for the changes or just cancelled it and have me reorder. I hope anyone else learns from my mistake. There are a lot of negative reviews for this company, I should have researched them before ordering."

Item to big/not true size/ returned/no credit

"I bought a bicycle jersey for my husband back in December, I returned the first days of January since the size was not a true size, from a size M I got a XXXL for giant. I made few phone calls to ask about my refund, and they said I was going to get a credit which I still don't see. They make different stories every time I call. I had recommend the web page before since I buy plenty of Triathlon cloth from them. The manager Brigitte does not care about Customer Satisfaction. "

Sent wrong item. Correct item never sent. Refund issued.

"I ordered a jacket and The Clymb sent me the wrong one. I returned it to them and they never sent out the replacement once they received the wrong item back in their warehouse. I called and asked for a refund because I got tired of waiting. Hint to the Clymb: if you mess up an order, send out the replacement immediately. There are too many other places to buy gear that have better customer service. You lost a customer that spends LOTS of money on gear purchases because of your poor customer service."

"Have ordered twice from The Clymb. 1st order, only half of the order was sent, got an email saying they had an inventory issue on the second one. FAIL #1

Order number 2 (why did I do it? cause I had to return the one item in order 1 and then found out you can only get a credit arrgghhh). Anyhow, order 2, got 2 items this time but.....one was the wrong item. Emailed customer service, nothing. Called, did not care, getting refund. Lame lame lame.
