"I have ordered from TheAwristocrat.com since 2007 and would highly recommend them.

I was surprised to see a bad review for them so I decided to put them to the test.

I never get charged a mold fee when I order, but I always order with the same message and size on all bands.

Under the set up fees category from the homepage they have the following listed:

http://www.theawristocrat.com/FAQ/Setup_Fees.php

There are NO SETUP FEES on any items listed in our catalog; however, an additional setup fee may be charged for multiple messages and/or sizes in order to give you the best quantity pricing possible.

IMPORTANT: Straight Quantity Pricing for Debossed, Embossed, & Printed Silicone Bracelets is available ONLY when the Message and Size are EXACTLY the same. Otherwise, there is an additional $50.00 Mold Fee for each additional Message and/or Size.

So it looks like if I did ever order multiple messages they would give me quantity pricing and only add a $50 fee. I called in to verify this and the female sales rep gave me a great example.

If you order 500 Debossed bands the price is $0.43 per each one and if you order 1000 the price is $0.28 per each one. If you need 1000 in two different messages you could pay $430 for separate 500 piece pricing. Or you could get quantity pricing for $280 and pay an additional $50 set up for the message or graphic change. The $280 + $50 = $330 price sounds a lot better to me then $430.

When she did the math for me I saw how I would actually be saving $100 compared to if they treated the 2nd design like a new quantity.

I then inquired with her, what if breaking down the quantity ends up being cheaper? She then replied that is usually not the case but when it does happen they would honor that price as well.

In conclusion, I have no problems with TheAwristocrat.com service and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for promotional products.

If a guy is trying to vacuum with a hoover and doesn't have it plugged in, is it hoovers fault? No, it's his fault for not reading the instruction manual. Classic example of operator error.
