My experience was like everyone else, First the part that they said would fit my car did not, they have all kinds of excuses to tell you why it is your fault. I had to jump through so many hoops, to get the address. The most rediculous was that they needed my vin number to help me get a return. I was relentless and I wrote 12 emails to Kumar Movva Pradeep and it took over a month. My part was $102 and it cost me $34 to mail it back (THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH THE COST OF RETURNING IT) But I finally got a refund. I hope that everyone with return issues writes to him directly, and skips the BS."
"Do not do business with these crooks!! Customer service is a call center in India, I ordered a part with 3 bolt flange they sent a 2 bolt I could have gotten for 1/2 price. Guaranteed delivery in 4 days it took 2.5 weeks. Installed part and will have to purchase correct 3 bolt . If it was possible to leave a negative rating it would be -200! "

"I used their "parts locator" to locate the correct rim for my 2017 Lincoln Continental Reserve. They showed me "this is your part" with only one option. so i purchased it, got it in the mail, and it was too small. I contacted them and was told "oh, the correct part you need is $230 more and we wont provide return shipping for that piece. you need to mail it back at your expense. "

"I received my product broken and unusable on a Friday. Can't get a refund or replacement. Just a couple guys wanting to argue that somehow I am the problem and do not deserve a refund. Also, I found out that the lying MFS keep sending me to different “freight” companies saying my part is getting misplaced, the part came from this city, oh we can’t deliver today. "My son wrecked his 2005 CR-V and so I placed 3 separate orders from theautopartsshop.com. After placing my order I noticed that I didn't get a confirmation email right away so I started googling reviews on this website. I was terrified by the reviews that I saw. I didn't say a word to my husband because I didn't want him to get mad that I was trying to buy the car parts at a discounted price and may have just gotten ripped off. The next day I received a confirmation email with a tracking button. When I clicked the tracking button, there was no tracking information on the shipping site. I was still a bit worried. The second day after ordering I received a text from the freight company wanting to schedule delivery. I felt much better at this point. The freight driver was not only there when he said he would be, he was early. I was AMAZED!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. "They flase advertise. I recently bought fog light covers from them and on the add, not only do they have cover(s), but they out 2 fog light covers side by side. Anyone would think that they would be getting 2 fog light covers because on the title of the add they state that it's cover(s) not cover and they also put a picture of 2 fog light covers side by side. Terrible company don't buy anything from them. "
