Fast Shipping - Great Parts

"I got everything I needed quickly. This was my 4th order from them and I needed to say how happy I always am with everything. Even received a quick thank you note from the person that packed my order. It is so nice for them to do something like that this day in age. "

something fishy going on

"I ordered some Fluval filters from ParsandMedia.com. I got no product, nor any email response after one month. However, my credit card was charged by TheAquaticDepot.com I called the phone number on my credit card bill and there is only a voice message saying to leave a number and they will get back to me. They have not.

The whole thing is very suspect. The PartsandMedia.com website is very very similar to The Aquatic Depot website. And they certainly have some connection.. perhaps a scam. I will put the order and date I ordered from PartsandMedia.com But it is Aquatic Depot that took my cash.

"I placed an order for a fairly large fixture, the 48" Coralife Aqualight Pro Retrofit - and I've been nothing but happy with my purchase. It shipped the very next day after purchase, and got here quickly. The staff I spoke to via e-mail were very professional and courteous. 5 Stars!"
