"A year ago I would have given Thai Gems rave reviews. But now it's a year later and they have changed tremendously. The past three orders were nothing but problems. Their live support is just a waste of time. Bait and switch have become common place. Late shipping, by over a month, has become typical. Don't expect an honest answer from customer support, which are always late anyway. If you do decide to buy anything from them, use Paypal. At least that way you can get your money back."
