"Ordered 2 of their products, the database testing engine in addition to the Q&A for the MCTS & MCITP SQL Server 2008 Developer. A one-time fee of approximately $80 dollars was charged for each, it's for unlimited access to all their libraries. The testing engine requires an activation key be generated at their site in order to unlock access to the product. I followed the instructions (to the tee) and met failure several times before contacting them, I have attempted contact several times--each with no response. I suspect they're likely a Chinese company, there are several Chinese upstarts in this business. I'd used pass4sure.com before and they were great, but they didn't have any of the products for MS tests. I could not get a response to resolve my issue, nor negotiate a refund. I had to involve my credit card company's internet fraud department."
