"I made an order from this company on 2/5/08 for some valentine's day presents for my Baby. The order was partially shipped to me shortly thereafter. My orginal order had a customized valentine throw and a personalized bear couple that was the half of the order that I never received and I was never notified that it wasn't coming. I was told when I made the order that I could pay extra to assure delivery before Valentine's day but didn't feel the necessity to do so. Obviously they canceled that part of the order, when I didn't pay the extra expedited shipping charges and they never notified me that it was canceled. I told my Baby that her personalized blanket was coming and she was very excited only to disappoint her today after calling there and finding out it was canceled without my notification. "
