Bad idea! It's like no one is even running this site! My ad hasn't been reviewed/placed..so I disputed it with PayPal.
It's over run with spam and just total nonsense..."

It was completely unsatisfactory, difficult to read and not engraved well enough to "hold" the characters even though it was their stainless steel tag Part was unreadable when I got the tag. One week later it was even less readable to the point of being of no value. I have sent two emails to try to get a fix, but no response.

"I honestly wish I had read reviews on Terrificpets.com prior to ordering three (3) dog tags because I would not have had the dilemma that I did. The inexpensive price is what catches your eye. However, you certainly GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. In this case, that is UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE and CHEAP metal dog tags. I ordered the three tags in February and in one week's time of my puppy wearing it, the dog tag begin to fade away on all four corners of this metal plate. So, not only is the purple tag fading away and looks very worn and silver, the owner of this company is not professional and unwilling to refund my money or exchange my dog tags. The other two that I purchased were gifts for loved ones' dogs. So, I am at a lost and would recommend that you shop elsewhere because this was a very horrible and unpleasant experience after buying three dog tags from this company. "

"Very cheap tags but they have the worst customer service ever. It took about two weeks for the tags to arrive. On top of that, they mis-printed the phone number. How are we suppose to use it with the wrong number? When I e-mailed to complain, customer service was rude saying that it was what I put. Unfortunately, they never sent a receipt of what I had put in, so there's no way to prove it one way or another. They offered to print the tags again for 50% off but no way am I ordering through them again. They took enough of my money and will never do business with them again.

I'd be happy to admit a mistake if indeed I put down the wrong number. Problem is, there's no proof anywhere. So this is a he said, she said scenario. And of course they think they are right because it's an automated process by the machines and we know machines don't make mistakes. Furthermore, there were two of us at the computer when ordering these tags and we double and triple checked to make sure that it was right. This is just a way for them to make more money but providing no proof of what was entered and using this as an excuse to say that the incorrect number was someone else's fault. Now I have to look elsewhere to order tags. And we are barely getting by in this economy.

On top of that, the engraving on one of the tags was so small, it was hardly readable, especially in sunlight. So please, if you want a dog tag, look elsewhere."
