2nd order. Item out of stock online. Called NY store. Great customer service. Item was discontinued, hence out of stock online. However was in stock in the store. They took my order over the phone. Shipping was actually cheaper from the store, however was not as well packaged. Shoes were shipped in original shoe box, but carefully wrapped in packaging paper. Shoebox wasn't that sturdy and was a bit banged up. No big deal for me, as I am buying shoes and not shoeboxes."
