"DO NOT ORDER FROM Terra Naturals.

Terra Naturals sells all-natural deodorants and what not. Here's why I highly DO NOT recommend anyone ever order from this website. This is coming from a veteran online shopper; I've bought everything from computers, to furniture, to clothes to cars online. Never thought I'd be ripped off for deodorant.

I ordered 01/17/2011 a 3-pack of deodorant. It was charged to my credit card that day, and I recieved my confirmation e-mail with my order number (5043). I thought it to be strange they charged my card, because from my experience online, your card typically doesn't get charged until your product is shipped, but oh well I figured.

About 3 and a half weeks later, I decided to contact Terra Naturals with the info listed on their website. There are 2 numbers listed, a toll free 1-888 number and a local Quebec number. Both numbers rendered no response, and they both routed to the voicemail box of Tanya Workman; who is the President/CEO of Terra Naturals. I left a message simply saying "This is my order #, and my phone number, can you please contact me regarding the status of my order". 1 full month later, I left another message, still no response. 5 weeks later, I left another voicemail (cause no-one ever picks up, no matter what time you call), and still no response. So I decided to try my luck with the e-mail (****@****) on their website. I got a same day response from Tanya Workman who said "I will look into your order and get back to you this afternoon". Here we are almost 2 full months later, still my order has not been shipped, still Tanya has not followed up on her e-mail, and still they have not attempted to call me back. I even indicated that I would be happy to fax in my credit card statement and my confirmation e-mail, to prove that they charged my card. I even asked for a refund, they still would not respond. Even sketchier, now they're toll-free 1888 number (still listed on their website) no longer works!!

Like I said, I've been shopping online for years, I've never been ripped off, and this Terra Naturals was a seemingly legitimate website. Simply, they charged my card, did not send my product, and refused to respond to me about my order status/potential refund.

I filed a complaint against the BBB, and they told me to file charges; cause also, they could not contact Terra Naturals. Since the order was only like $18, it's definitely not worth it to take it to small claims court. Thankfully my credit card company had no problem crediting back the $18, after they also had no luck contacting this fradulent company.
