"via paypal. This store told me that I can return the product and get a refund minus the shipping. I emailed them 3 times, and got no response. Filed a several claims and finally got a response to get send it back, so I did. My tracking showed that they have received the product, but I never heard from them again nor have I received my refund. I have recently filed claim to paypal. Do not purchase anything from this seller. Things DO NOT come with a printed invoice and you have to print one out yourself through your payment services. If you EVER return anything, you will never get your money back. This guy has a history of not refunding his buyers. His Ebay ID is "(www.terascout.com)". Don't support a shady organization/business. You are just losing in the long run."
