"I made an order 7.1.2016 teppex.com ,and the order, shipment went lost . I made reclamation and ask return the money! But the reclamation did not work out.Case transferred to European Consumer Center. ECC try to several times start to discus the matter, but teppex merchant refused to deal , the matter even European Consumer Centre ! 4.3.2016 teppex.com merchant send email that, the lost shipment is found. And it is now in Germany. Now teppex merchant wants more money, new shipping costs! European Consumer Center had to stop the case without any result .And now case transferred to the Police . teppex merchant does not understand, or does not follow, the Europeans Trade Practices ."
