"I ordered a head racquet on 12/18 and told it was 2 day UPS delivery for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive until after Christmas. I called their customer service department a number of times and was assured it had been shipped. Never got any shipping information until after Christmas on the same day it was delivered. I probably won't use them given the customer service runaround and slow delivery.

"Placed an order at their website , filled all required fields including shipping address, decide to pay by paypal, they ship for the wrong address , contacted them at the same day asking to correct their mistake; costumer service say they can do nothing as their system automatically switches the address in paypal purchases. Wouldn't it be nice if they tell their costumer about it or even better if they don't require a shipping address in their website since it useless.As well as their costumer service."
"Never tried Babalot, though, I buy new shoes every 3 months. My shoes wear out at this rate from lots of pickleball play. Reviews were mixed on size accuracy. I’ve always buy a size 7 so I thought I would chance the final sale. My toes touch the end of the shoe; I just can’t wear them. If you buy get up half a size. Width is normal. Hope they sell on Marketplace :^)"
