Warning: Telna / Knowroaming refuses to pay commissions, outright ignores their partners.

"I have joined the Telna / KnowRoaming Affiliate program via the platform Uppromote. I have generated approx. $1.700 in sales for them which led to a commission owed to me of about $175. They never paid me and ignored all of my messages, which I sent on various channels. Therefor I can only warn and advise you not to collaborate with them. The manager responsible for the affiliate program from their side seems to be an Amy Gundelfinger. If you ever read that name, run.

"I have been with Telna for many years. They used to belong to 3U telecom, which was their name, after splitting from the parent company they changed the name.
In the early years, there have been some call quality or dead air issues, but that has been worked out. Absolutely honest way of doing business, billing by the second, advise you what not to do in order to keep your costs low ( even if it hurts them ) excellent call quality. responsive customer service, great web site, great international calling card.
They are a bit on the expensive side these days compared to some rock bottom operators so I do not use them for all my international calls but i always use them whenever quality and reliability is important .
Absolutely recommended.

"I have been with Telna / 3utelecom for many years. I use it for my vacation house where everything 5 houses away from you is long distance. I also have used their services from my cell phone to call out internationally and from pay phones while traveling internationally. When they change background numbers with your local company, they will reimburse you the fee charged by your local company. They really are top notch."

"Telna is the world's best long distance provider. In fact, Telecom North America is the best telecommunications service provider of any kind on the planet.

I was once a national accounts manager for one of the largest telecoms in the world. In that capacity, I was expected to cheat and steal from customers and then lie to them about it. Instead, I got my customers tens of thousands of dollars that were owed to them. Needless to say, my career as a manager in the telecommunications industry was a short one. Unfortunately, bandit behavior is absolutely endemic in the telecom industry.

That's why doing business with Telna is such a profoundly refreshing experience. They do everything right. Every aspect of their business is planned and executed to please their customers. I have never found this kind of customer experience from another telecom company of any kind and neither has anyone I know.

I recommend Telna at every opportunity and everyone I tell about the company is skeptical at first, because of the bad experiences they've had with other telecommunications service providers of all kinds. But, those who switch to Telna are consistently as pleasantly surprised as I was when I switched.

Telna charges no monthly fees and has no minimum billing charge. In fact, I've been a customer for two years and have yet to pay them a penny! That's because they don't even process a bill until a customer accrues at lease three dollars in charges.

When I do make an infrequent long distance call, Telna bills me for the exact time I use their network. In other words, instead of billing by the minute like other long distance companies, they bill by the actual second!

Their customer service representatives are the nicest people in the industry. Of course, I'm sure it's a pleasure to work for an employer that does everything it can to benefit its customers.

If you need to designate a long distance carrier for your wireline telephone service, choose Telna, the best long distance company in the world.
