"I ordered a Ball Pet from Telebrands. There normal processing timeis 3 to 6 weeks to fulfill the order. For an additional 9.99 you can have the order filled in 3-5 days. The only reason I can see for this is to drive the price up. I paid the additional rush processing fee and it is still taking 15 days to receive a stuffed animal that has now risen to a cost of $36.00 and is worth about $10.00

I called support and requested to have the additional processing cost of $9.99 refunded I was told no. I will never do business with the Telebrand again.

Their customer service is horrible and their business practices leave a lot to be desired. "
