"I ordered a women's medium "boyfriend" t-shirt-- a size I regularly wear. The t-shirt is so small I would have to order an extra large for it to fit me nicely. Their return policy clearly states they do not offer returns unless a product is damaged. When I wrote to them they offered me a 10% discount to re-order a size that might fit. That was nice of them but I'm not interested in spending $50 to get one t-shirt that *might* fit."
