"Great experience all around"
"I design and upload t-shirts for sale on various platforms, and TeeShirtPalace is the only one I've had consistent problems with.
On several occasions over the past three months, they have failed to pay money they owed me from my earnings. The money disappears from my earnings, but isn't deposited in my account. Where did it go? There's no way to know because support doesn't answer the phone or respond to emails or messages through the site.
Know that if you order a t-shirf from these folks, the person who designed your shirt probably isn't getting paid for their work. Support small artists and buy somewhere else."
"Bought 3 tee-shirts on line. Never received a confirmation email. My account was charged immediately. I called everyday for 3 days. Recording always said office closed, call during normal business hours 9to 5 eastern time Monday thru Friday. All calls were made during those times. No plae to check on order statues "
"I ordered a mug, nothing like the picture. Then you pay to send it back and a 20% re-stocking fee!! If I could have given it no stars, I would have. Horrible customer service."

"I ordered a sweatshirt for my uncles 80th Birthday on Friday Nov. 1, 2019. Delivery was to be the 6-14. He received it the very next day! It is perfect! It made his day . I tried to include photo because I read the poor reviews. I was unable. I hope that whatever was the issue with other’s orders has been resolved for I’m pleasantly surprised with the product and prompt delivery. 5 stars

"Bought a sweatshirt. Logo is drastically off center, printed under armpit sloping upwards at an angle. If I can discourage just one potential buyer from funding this slipshod bunch of **** artists, I will have achieved a certain level of satisfaction."
"It has been nearly two weeks and I have not had any email response after several attempts to cancel my order when they did not ship the shirt as promised. I now have opened a dispute with Discover to get my money back. They are a bunch of crooks and have the worst customer service I have come across. "
"We purchased a sweatshirt, a fairly overpriced one, and when we received it we could tell right away that is made of the cheapest material possible. On top of that, the print was misaligned, hard to read(black on maroon), and was printed directly over a large seam.
I emailed them to request a refund and they tried to defend the product using a picture from their site that was of a black shirt, on which you couldn't even see the seams. Would it not be better to scale down the size of the print, rather than print it in such an awful way?
They also claimed that there was a 20% restocking fee, despite the fact that their policy clearly states that misprint Ed items, damaged items, anything that is their fault, was not subject to this fee. Whatever, I ate the fee. So for my initial $45 payment, I should have been refunded $36, right? Apparently not. I got $28. So again, I respond with the fact that this is not right, and they try to break it down for me, which doesn't matter at all because this is a cheaply made, poorly printed product(all their fault it is bad).
So I'm stuck now with a 64% refund and have had to file a claim with PayPal.
I will NEVER purchase anything from here again. "
"I found this site to be blatantly plagiarizing and ripping off my unique t-shirt designs. Apparently they are getting ahead on other people's dime. This is illegal."

"I only checked reviews for this company after I had ordered, and I can say that they definitely worried me—I thought I had paid for a total scam. However, I can say that my package did come on time with the correct sized product inside. With that being said, I gave 2 stars mostly because of the actual quality of the shirt, which is quite poor considering the cost. The shirt was very thin and scratchy, and additionally, a paper that came with the shirt stated that there might be a “slight vinegar scent as a part of the print process,” but the smell was so strong that it was beginning to make me feel nauseous after putting on the shirt. Overall, I would definitely advise to steer clear from this company. "
"It is February 4th, 2019. I ordered a shirt on December 16th, 2018. I paid $25 in expedited shipping, & I have yet to see this package. It is still in the same city that they ship it out of!!!! What a rip off!!! Do not trust this company!!!!"
"I ordered a shirt 16 days ago. I never received a tracking number or email saying my item was shipped. I sent 3 emails to customer service and not one reply. Finally had to open a case through my payment method to get my,money back. Says they are out of the US but is actually based in China."
