"I bought the WD RAPTOR from these guys cause it was on sale @117.00 & I had heard about techstreet as a tax free alternative to newegg for CA people. I was nervous with an expensive, delicate, purchase from an unknown. Well, I couldn't order online cause of some glitch so I called them. They aren't really setup to take phone orders, but they did anyway! Kudos! I ordered on a friday from Georgia and received next friday in SoCal. No complaints there. The reason I really wanted to write a review was because of the packaging my RAPTOR was shipped in. IT WAS HANDS DOWN, THE BEST PACKING JOB OF ANY ITEM I HAVE EVER BOUGHT ONLINE, PERIOD!!! I was completely blown away! Techstreet had perfectly carved out a spot for the drive in bi-layered foam/eggcrate foam. It looked like a movie when someone tries to hide a gun in a book. It's so good, that I saved the packaging. I wish I could post a pic of it here. The outside was nondescript, but inside looked like King George ordered it himself. I have been a loyal newegger for years. If techstreet can match newegg with the cust. service, I will be spending a lot more money there! Free shipping and no tax for Cali!!!! Cali people, Techsreet is worth giving a try. I'd love to see another trustworthy site outthere, and one that doesn't 'have a presence' in Cali. "
