Excellent Customer Support!

"I had heard about TechoRV.com on a couple forum postings which said they are wonderful to work with. I agree, they are. Their prices are competitive. My order was shipped quickly and was exactly what was advertised. I like that they use PayPal. I had an issue with a product I bought, and contacted them via their on-line email. I got a very helpful response within two hours, offering suggestions for correcting my problem. Will do business with them again! "

"Everytime I have dealt with TechnoRV it has been a great experience. Just go read their reviews at TechnoRV.com, or their Google Reviews, or their Facebook reviews. It is painfully obvious that this company goes way above other companys as it relates to taking care of the customer. TechnoRV has been around for a lot of years, and they are in the RV community. Do not hesitate from buying from TechnoRV. You will get great products and even better support. They even write their own instructions for their products to make it easier on the customer. I would buy from TechnoRV everytime!"

Refuses to Issue Full Refund for Defective Device

"Arguing, blaming, then refusing to issue a full refund for a defective device. Is this the practice of a reputable reseller? We don't think so, and are taking our case to our credit card company if we are not given a full refund or exchange for this defective device. We asked to exchange the defective device for a non-defective device and they refused our request. Do we need our lawyer? When it gets to this point, it's obvious the reseller may not have our interests in mind. We don't appreciate what appears to be a runaround. Beware of dealing with Technorv. "

"If you enjoy being lied to this may be your merchant of choice. I ordered and paid for a special offer and got a confirmation of shipment. A week later no shipping info could be obtain so I called to confirm it had been shipped. The company rep. told me it had been rejected by the USPS for shipment and was return to Technorv and was sitting on there dock. I was then promised immediate priority re-shipping. Got a email indicating it had been shipped, two days later I found out it was just now going to be sent out regular snail mail. The company rep then told me the real problem was a overwhelming amount of orders and they had to wait for new inventory to be available before shipping. Not once was I ever personally contacted to indicate a problem even after requesting and being promised updates.

Customer service denied me any access to a supervisor or management. Now when I call and ask for the president all I get is voice mail and no return response. Still don't have the product which I've paid for.

"Excellant in filling my order and getiing it to me. They even called to see if I needed help installing the product ( I haven't tried yet). Their video on installation at their web site looked like it would be no problem, but they said to call if I had a problem"
