"Ordered the same rack rails as before, but the main company had changed the design of the rail kits. Different mounting & inside release / locks. I called the number on the site & they directed me to the Unbeatable service person. They were very understanding & told me if they didn't work, to just send them back for a full refund. As they said, they ended up working fine & are way easy to mount & release the inner rails. Thanks for the help!"
