Avoid! A month & 22 emails to get my full refund for faulty drone

"Took a month, 22 emails, a threat of legal action to get my full refund (including return courier cost) for the Return of a faulty drone (Australian model sent btw).
Broke several promises and SLA's
They have no understanding of the consumer contracts regulations and tried to tell me they were exempt from UK law (Their domain is registered to a UK address).
Also, their customer service advisor from the phone number on their website advised me to ‘take it up with Tech in the basket’ - implying he doesn’t work for them.
Won't be risking another order with them.
