"I bought a 65in tv price was good. so I thought I would give it a try. the carrier called to set up a delivery the day they wanted to deliver was not a good day for me. they said somebody has to be home to sigh and it was a curb drop NOT DOOR STEP. I told them my driveway is 450ft long and my paperwork says threshold delivery the carrier said they don't do door delivery. i told them I would have to cancel the order because I could not take a day off work to wait for them to show. I called back after about 5 minutes and said that the following monday would be a good day and they said I would have to pay for storage fees to hold the tv till monday.
customer service not that great. tv was never delivered. I was charged for the tv and now I am fighting the charges on my card."
