"Bought an open box TV, it was missing parts. I called them and they jumped through hoops to make sure I got the missing parts. Eric was awesome in helping me find the right parts. Eric got ahold of Samsung several times and finally got me the correct missing parts. The first time Samsung sent me the so-called parts that they said were needed for the tv but after I received them, I took pictures and sent them to Eric showing him that they were the wrong parts. Eric then got ahold of Samsung engineers and worked with them and got me the correct parts finally. Eric overnighted the parts each time they would say what it needed. I would definitely recommend to other people they were very easy to work with. "
