"This is a horrible company. Tis company sells extended warranties and does not stand behind them. Does not send out paperwork as they say and when you attempt to use the warranty your receipt is no good/ This coompany should be closed down.
Their service is bad and the employees are nasty and hard to get in touch with. They charged me 2 times for a warranty that was NO GOOD for teh item I purchased.

"Ordered the Casio Exilim EX Z9OE (Orange) site stated in stock with a Limited Time price of $126.68 w/ free UPS Ground shipping. Received e-mail on 12/01/08 stating item unavailable in this color but would substitute for silver, black or pink. The main reason I ordered from them was due to the fact that the Orange model is difficult to find, and they stated it was in stock. I immediately checked their website, and it still showed in stock, but they raised the price to $136.68. I called customer support, and they confirmed that it was not in stock, but offered it in the common colors mentioned above. When I asked why their website still showed it in stock, the Customer rep stated the webmaster had not updated the page yet. I then asked if it was not updated, how did the price get changed? There was nothing but silence on the phone, then the rep got angry and stated that he didn't care what the website said, he could not ship an Orange Casio Exilim EX Z9OE at any price. As of today 12/6/08, theie website still shows the camera in stock for $136.68! It was apparent that they were attempting a bait and switch. I would be very cautious when dealing this this reseller. Found the item at Radio Shack online for less money, and received the item in 4 days. Buyer Beware of Tech Toys for Less!"

"Okay, I ordered a Casio EX-Z1080 from this store. Two days pass, no confirmation e-mail, nothing. I tried calling them, no answer. I e-mail the customer support and they tell me that they are out of stock in the color I wanted (black). I tell them I want a refund and there was no e-mail response. I finally get through with the number and ask for the refund. The lady was very rude on the phone.
Me: Hello, I recently ordered - and you didn't have it in the color I wanted. May I get a refund?
Her: Order number?
Me: Oh okay. One second....ah..#####
Her: Okay
She then hung up.
Positive: I got the refund in 24 hrs.

Overall: DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. CALL THEM AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK FIRST.

Whew! Well, that at least explains things. I kept wondering -- and
WORRYING -- why my order was still pending, especially since there was no
explanation within my account on your website.

Unless you can sell me the next package deal up (8GB Turbo memory card) for
only $20.00 more -- which would be absolutely fantastic, and make you look
so good -- I have no choice BUT to accept being put on your waiting list.
We rescue abused animals, and after giving them all the expensive veterinary
care they need, plus spaying/neutering them, we foster them until we find
their forever homes. So the camera is essential to me to take lots of
photographs of each animal, so that we can then either upload and/or send
out those photos to all sorts of animal rescue groups, individuals, etc.
The photos make all the difference for these sweet animals, who may be given
a second chance at life, despite their previous horrors. We're volunteers,
of course, so the cost of this camera will come out of my very own pocket.

Just had to tell you that.

Thank you for advising me of the disappointing delay -- but I guess I should
also congratulate all of you for having so much success!

Why the hell did you CANCEL my order?!??!?!?!?!!? I never, EVER authorized
you to do that!

I wrote you, asking for an upgrade for the same price to make up for the
fact that it was your company, and your website, who made a tremendous error
in not advising me, PRIOR to placing my order -- or even within a reasonable
time AFTER having done so -- that you were out of stock on this model.

I'm very, very upset, and you need to know that. Each day, I've been
checking both USPS and UPS, thinking my camera was on its way by now.

Gosh, it takes a great deal to upset me, but I have to say, I'm feeling
really awful about this entire process, even back to when I initially had a
question which only "sort of kind of" answered my question in a most
roundabout way.

This camera was -- still IS -- essential for our rescuing animals. We take
pictures and video clips of abuse to animals, and sometimes worse, and this
was to be my personal (and very expensive) contribution towards our cause.

I do hope to hear from a real live human being about this entire
disappointment.

NewEgg.com you're not, apparently.

No one but NO ONE has shown me the slightest courtesy since this entire, totally avoidable, mess began. No one has shown me the decency of a phone call to rectify this beyond-aggravating situation.

If I don't hear from you by day's end, you can bet I'll be writing my first-ever SCATHING comments on BizRate.com. That is not who I am, but your silence and total ignorance of my correspondence is hurtful and unforgivable.

Why doesn't your company even PRETEND to care?!

It is EXTREMELY important that any and all potential buyers understand that, when I ordered this item, there was nothing on the website stating they were out of stock. And then, too, I didn't get anything in email stating that -- just a confirmation of my order (which, to me, meant it WAS in stock).


I have heard nothing from this company. A far cry from the way both NewEgg.com and Amazon.com do business. I've tried calling, and no one answers. I've sent lots of emails, and no one answers. I'm so hurt, you've no idea.

WARNING: Shop elsewhere. Sad to say, but true. And this is the first negative review I've written in years and years. Very sad. VERY sad.

"DO NOT BUY!!!
I bought a CASIO V7 (silver) digital camera from this seller. next day they sent an email saying it is not in the stock if I agree they can send black one. I said OK. next day they sent another email saying it is not in the stock they will put me into list for december. but both products were seen as in stock still. I called their number and cancelled my order. Hopefully they refunded my money in 2 days. the funny thing they show casio v7 as in stock.... beware...

"1 x Casio Exilim EX-V7SR 7.2MP HI-ZOOM Digital Camera, Silver - No Memory Card
Included (V7SR) = $319.99

I found this e-store on Bizrate. It showed they had the lowest price of $308. I clicked on the link to the store and it showed a price of $308. I tried to "add to cart" and was given "package" options. When I finally found just the camera in the list - the price changed from $308 to $319.

I got an email to correct a billing error, and decided to call the company rather than make the correction online. After I corrected the problem, I asked the guy on the phone why there was a price jump. His explanation was weak - and he seemed "stunned" that I thought they had bad business practices that resembled a "bait & switch" scam. Still -he didn't apologize or offer any acceptible reasoning other than to cancel my order on the spot. His attitude was deplorable - and just kept saying "wow" in responde to my questioning.

I kept my order - and I received the product pretty quickly - which I would expect from almost $10 in shipping which covered priority shipping costs.

Will I use them again? Not if the price changes like it did. And only with the understanding that there is NO appreciation, respect or effort to gain the trust & respect of their customers.

"Pleasant first time shopping experience with them. I ordered a Casio Exilim z770 from them at a steal of a price of 249.99 with tax included on 2/6/07. Three days later it arrived at my front door delivered by UPS. Camera was safely packaged, couldn't ask for anything more. Shipping cost was very reasonable. I definitely would be buying from them again. Very minor issue is that it seems they do not send you an invoice with the delivery. You have to email them to request the invoice. I do not understand the reason behind that, but its only a minor issue compared to their superb prices and service. "

"I purchased the Casio EX-Z850 for my wifes birthday. The company sent me an e-mail saying it would ship the following day, but after checking UPS web site, it didn't ship for 4 days after they said it was going to. Thus making it late for my wifes birthday. They offered a free battery for my troubles which I took them up on and told them I needed it by 11/2. I find out the day the battery is shiped USPS.

These guys operate just like a NY firm, no service and all talk.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THAT YOU DON'T EITHER. THESE GUYS DON'T EVN ANSWER THERE PHONES, WHICH MAKES DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM VERY FRUSTRATING!!
