"Tech Tool Supply is a great company to do business with. I placed my order on Monday on line and the package was shipped the same day and I received an email with a tracking number. The issue is that the shipping company they use is Fed Ex. Fed Ex has a horrible reputation; my package was due to be delivered on Friday, five days later and Fed Ex on line tracking shows the package still in the mid-west and the online tracking displays the package arrival is PENDING. I contacted Tech Supply about my frustration and was told that I’d have to buck up and be patient, Tech Tool Supply management is aware of Fed Ex issues and has no intention of changing, or adding an alternate shipping company to deliver packages, so if you don’t mind waiting over two weeks or more for your products to be delivered, Tech Supply is a great company; if you need your tools quick, I suggest that you buy from a company that does not use Fed Ex for delivery. "
"No matter what you say or ask to the customer service of Tech Tool Supply, they would NOT listen and do whatever they want. I have never dealt with such rude and disrespectful attitude towards the customer. My mistake that I did not do some research prior placing my order. The experience is absolutely negative. To be honest, I don't know how those guys are still in business. "
"I ordered a flex bit through the website on wednesday and selected 2 day shipping. When i noticed that i wasnt gonna receive it till monday i called techtoolsupply to ask why. He basically told me it was my fault for not seeing an icon below the item that says order in so many minutes, when you click on item. Well that doesnt tell me when i get it. That button is pointless. When i went to shipping i selected 2 day and no where in there did it say i had to wait 4 days for my item. I called back to see if there anything i can do and the man said he will call fed ex. I would have done one day delivery if i knew. The man told me he call fed ex and see if i can get it sooner, i would have paid more money. That man NEVER called me back. Absolulety the worse customer service. I called fed ex and handled it myself. We run a business and i normally order through a different company and was trying this new one. I have to say i will never do business with them again. All you had to do was call your customer back. Could you have reorder me again and did overnight and then i would send the other back.. but no you just avoided me."
