"The product arrived in a week which is pretty typical turn around time these days, However there was a little glitch in ordering. I thought I was getting free shipping and then after the order went in they informed me that the free shipping was a mistake. They did give me a chance to back out of the order though. I stayed with TechToast because their price was still better than the competitors."
"I ordered some surveillance equipment from TechToast on the 13th of July. Come Friday, July 16th, I still did not receive any shipping notifications, so I contacted them. As soon as I spoke with someone, they emailed me the shipping notification with the tracking number.
Long story short, the tracking number did not work. It is now a week and a half later and I still have not received any of my equipment. After contacting them on several occasions to get an update, one of the tracking numbers works, but says my estimated arrival is not for another 3-4 days.
So, I have not had a good experience with this company, very flakey information provided by them and its taking two weeks to receive an order with 3-4 day shipping."
