"I bought a very specific Microsoft SKU for Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro Pack Pro Upgrade Product Key. The Microsoft SKU was clearly on the sales page and on the receipt. But they sent me a different Product Key for a different Microsoft SKU. Product Key they sent did NOT have the specific feature that was the reason for my original purchase (Media Center). I had no way of knowing this until AFTER I installed the Product Key, as there is no way to know beforehand. And then they REFUSED To give me the correct Product Key that I PAID for. I didn't want a refund (nor did I get one). I asked over and over for the correct SKU Product Key I purchased, but they could never find it in their warehouse. And rather than refund me, they said that since I installed the Product Key they sent, they could not refund me for it. THEY messed up. I did nothing wrong. And now I'm out $79.98. BAIT AND SWITCH. I went to the Better Business Bureau just now and they weren't even registered. But I filed a complaint anyhow. Been meaning to do this for a VERY long time. "
