The 1-year warranty that TechRabbit offers on this product on their website I was told does not apply to the same product I purchased from them via eBay. They replied promptly, only to inform me that their eBay products have no warranty and only a 30-day return window - despite the website claim that they handle any warranty claims with this "certified refurbished" product. If you are making a purchase and expect any type of warranty service, stay clear of TechRabbit."
