"They confirmed my order via email and then notified me in a second email of an approximate ship date, then they finally told me it was not available via a third email and apparently have refunded my money. When I bought the headphones online, they were available. After I proceeded to check out, I noticed no future purchases could be made and that supplies had been depleted. Why offer something for sale if it is not available. Never shopping with them again. What bothers me the most is that their email didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or Hey thanks for the business though. Awful customer service."

They sell old old stock from long time ago with the description manufacturer new inventory new upgrade ect... Talk with manufacturer "lenmar battery" and they said that the distributor is absolutely responsible to describe what they have at the moment of the sale. If they have stock from 1 or 2-3 years ago they sell like it is brand new from a week ago. They absolutely didn't want to reach an agreement for the customer to be happy and avoids that situation. but I will try my best to find everywhere I can to provide information about TECHCAB misrepresentation of their merchandise for sale. be aware. they are selling old stuff with new description at full price.
Was describe as 13000mah battery for sony vaio tx and receive 11000mah instead. The difference is in the life time between charge. So they didn't care if i return item have to pay 15% restocking + shipping. so i kept it but not satisfied of the way they handle the issue. "
