"My computer had some serious browser hijack problems when I contacted Tech2Serve. Not only was my email account hacked frequently, but I was no longer able to access my Chrome browser due to some obnoxious virus. The customer service rep quickly identified the problem and suggested an improved Anti Virus app as well as a total cleansing of my drives. He quoted me a price which seemed fair and the technician proceeded to do the work on the spot. I was able to observe which files were being cleaned, uninstalled, reinstalled, updated, etc. Several times supervisors checked in to make sure everything was going according to our agreement.
Today I was able to access my browsers, drives, etc without any problem. I was very satisfied with the service Tech2Serve provided and the caring attitude of their staff. And yes, they all spoke excellent English.
