"I ordered a dr Dre Beats sent me knock offs which broke this was December of 2012 Invoice #2148. I paid postage sent them back. When ever I write which has been over 20 times you get the generic response we will respond in 24 -48 hours. It is now August I have call countless times left voicemail and no response.
Although upon my original order the phone was answered and I got my fake product which broke within days. I was told to send it back for replacement or refund this was over 5 months ago. (DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF) do not buy from this fake company

"Purchased a pair of Beats by Dr. Dre Solo Headphones on May 7th and as of today (May 21st) have not received my phones neither any communication form Tech-Ball. They claim that it takes maximum 9 business days to deliver an order after placing it. Already 11 days have gone and nothing yet.
Hope to get them soon. You guys should learn a thing or two from Amazon."
