"BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. TOTAL RIPOFF. See my story below:

Aghhhhhh! The holidays are over and I decided to place a tea order. The website is friendly and inviting and indicates orders are normally shipped the SAME business day. NOT TRUE.

I placed an order on Saturday January 4. Since I had not received an email with a tracking number by the following Wednesday, I called them. After a lengthy wait, my call was answered and I was told the order was packed and would be shipped on Thursday. Thursday arrived and no email was received regarding shipping. I placed a call to them Thursday night and due to the again lengthy wait, left a call back number. No call was received. I also emailed them and got no response. Go figure.

On Friday I left another call back number to no avail. It is now Saturday I decided to call again and wait it out. After a 40 minute wait, the call was answered. The little snit that took my call advised my order had not yet been shipped. Great, I say.... cancel my order.

The worker explained I could not cancel my order. My credit card was charged on 1/4 the date of the order. No kidding. Most reputable companies only charge when your order is shipped.

I then ask when can I expect a refund. Guess what... it will be another five business days as they can only issue a "return to sender" status.

Let's face it.. I have lost $52 and will undoubtedly never see a refund or the product.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE RIPOFFS. However, please check out the website www.theteatable.com. They have a larger tea selection at a fraction of the cost of TEAVANA.

I find it hard to fathom that Starbucks would purchase this chain, unless their intent is to burn the place to the ground, hire the help and start over, although they have not done so as of yet. They purchased this business in 2012.

I hope this review will be of help to other potential customers. These people steal your money, use it for several weeks and may or may not make good on your order.
