My most recent order arrived within the week, which I was very happy with given I live in Australia. Their prices are hard to beat, even with the added cost of shipping. The first time I purchased filters I had issues with an adapter ring and one of the filters however the issue was quickly resolved, with the correct parts sent out immediately. Couldn't ask for much more, highly recommended."

"I'd avoid these people if you can. Their website shows items in stock that are not. After jacking you around for a bit over email, they fortunately let you cancel the order. There's a lot of options on where to buy equipment these days and companies like this need to improve their customer service if they want to stay in business."

"I ordered a Lee wide angle adapter from Teamwork Photo and the item arrived in only 7 days from England, which was very fast. Previously I had contacted their customer service to find out if they had the item in stock. They replied right away. Also, their prices are very competitive... Not only do they have hard-to-find items in stock, but those items are generally cheaper from the US competitors' prices. All in all, this is a very good company to deal with and I will definitely do more business with them.

"Ordered a Hitech Soft-Edge Grad & ND filter kit (1,2 and 3 stop soft-edge graduated neutral density filters, 1,2 and 3 stop solid neutral density filters, Cokin 'P' size) for about half the cost of similar kits available in North America. The online ordering and checkout processes were easy, straight forward and secure. Unfortunately one filter was out of stock at time of ordering, but I promptly received an email stating so and giving me the option of holding the entire shipment until it was complete; ship what was available immediately and the back order later; or changing or canceling my order completely. I chose to hold shipment until complete, and only had to wait about a week, in which another email advising me of the completed and shipped order. I have no reservations about dealing with Teamwork Digital again."
