"I ordered some trainers from their website. Had a confirmation email but heard nothing for a week. Tried contacting them via numerous emails but heard nothing back. I rang them after 9 days, spoke to the shop who said the trainers had been ordered from the supplier and they would be with me within the next few days. I received an email today (10 days from order date) saying that they are unavailable and wouldnt be in stock from 3 months. I am now waiting for a refund."
